He completed an ophthalmology residency at Medical College of Virginia, Richmond. Dr. Blodgett also completed an oculoplastic/neuro-ophthalmology fellowship in Warren, Michigan. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
