Fees, Insurance and Payment Information Office fees vary according to the complexity of your problems. We will be happy to discuss our fees prior to any surgery or prolonged office treatment. Payment is requested at the time of service for all non-surgical procedures and may be made by cash, check, Visa, Master Card or Discover. Please let us know if financial problems arise. Financing options are available. Millman-Derr Center for Eye Care is a provider for Medicare and most major insurance plans. We provide insurance billing. Anything not covered by insurance will be your responsibility. If you have any questions regarding which insurance plans we accept or any billing concerns, please call us at the phone number below.
