Our state-of-the-art technology includes in-office lasers for treatment of secondary cataracts, diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma. Ultrasound eye measuring devices and visual field testing equipment for glaucoma, optic nerve and certain brain disorders. In addition, we also have sophisticated eye cameras for retina evaluation. Outpatient surgery at Millman-Derr Center for Eye Care offers you a comfortable, convenient and cost-effective alternative to an overnight hospital stay. Our surgery area consists of two operating suites, a waiting area for surgery patients and their families. Also, pre- and post-op areas complete with all support equipment and functions for ophthalmic outpatient surgery. Our outpatient surgery center is designed and equipped to handle a full range of eye surgery procedures including cataract extraction with lens implant, eyelid and muscle surgery.
